Job summary

ST Engineering Group HQ HR is seeking an HR Operations professional to support analytics, contract administration, grants management, and employee programme coordination in Singapore.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Shared Services, managers and external agencies to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR processes while driving operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant HR operations experience.
• Experience in workforce reporting, contract administration, grants administration or employee programme coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce analytics, HR data management and reporting.
• Coordinate contract renewal, re-employment and related documentation.
• Assist grants administration and claims processing with audits in mind.
• Support internship programs, staff transport, orientations and learning activities.
• Assist in union, engagement and events coordination and logistics.
• Raise invoices, maintain billing records and handle ad hoc duties.
