Qualifications

• Degree in Administration or HR or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of employment regulations and work passes is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pre-employment and onboarding processes, including Day 1 orientation, to ensure timely and compliant onboarding.
• Prepare and issue onboarding documentation and access requirements.
• Verify employment and statutory documents for completeness and compliance prior to commencement.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, issuances, and cancellations in line with regulatory timelines.
• Provide timely advice to hiring units, employees and stakeholders on work pass and onboarding matters.
• Reconcile work pass and pre-employment billing.
• Drive automation and digitalisation to improve onboarding processes and service quality.
