You will coach and develop a high-performing team, collaborate with university stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and student experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with substantial relevant experience in related fields.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or system implementation is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, student administration or immigration administration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team responsible for international student pass administration and related processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of student pass applications and requests.
• Manage complex and escalated cases to achieve positive student outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and workflow redesign.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to improve service delivery.
