Job summary

Paradigm Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Officer for a fast-paced client in the Retail/Hospitality/FMCG sector. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and core HR operations.

Responsibilities include payroll support, HRIS/BIPO maintenance, attendance, contracts, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related field and has at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in Retail, Hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
• Hands-on payroll and HR software (BIPO, ProSoft or similar).
• Knowledge of local labor acts and compliance requirements.

Our client is in the Retail industry and they have a few job openings for the HR Officer position

This is a Generalist HR & Recruitment role focused on managing end-to-end hiring while overseeing core HR operations, payroll support, employee relations, and labor law compliance- specifically tailored for high-volume, fast-paced environments like Retail, Hospitality, or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding candidates.

2. Pipeline Tracking: Maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting hiring progress.

• HR Operations, Payroll & Systems

1. HRIS Administration: Managing and updating employee records and filings in BIPO.

2. Payroll & Claims: Assisting with payroll processing, administration, and government statutory claims.

3. Attendance & Contracts: Managing leave and attendance records; drafting employment contracts and official HR letters.

• Employee Relations & Advisory

1. Compliance & Advisory: Guiding management on local labor laws, legal compliance, and internal manpower policies.

2. Employee Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for staff grievances, complaints, counseling, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience
