Job summary

Golden Village Multiplex Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment in Singapore.

The role requires handling onboarding, payroll support, and employee relation matters while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies. You will liaise with management and maintain accurate HR records in the BIPO system.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies, Administration, HRM or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage 360° end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipeline updates.
• Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues including labour legislations and company manpower practices and ensure legal compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage and maintain employee records in BIPO ensuring data inputs are up to date.
• Manage HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance.
• Prepare Employment contracts and HR letters.
• Leaves and Attendance Management.
• Main point of contact for all employee relations matters.
• Support payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Submit claims to various government agencies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Very meticulous and strong numerical background


• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices


• Ability to work independently yet a good team player


• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills


• Well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines


• Must have strong knowledge of payroll software such as ProSoft, BIPO or its similar
