Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Learning and Development/Administrative Analyst to manage learning and competency records in Workday, support budgeting and invoicing, and research training options.

The role emphasizes data visualization using Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights. You will assist in planning L&D initiatives and employee well-being programmes, and create EDM materials for communications and events.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in learning and/or competency development is advantageous.
• Public sector experience and/or familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain learning and competency records in Workday.
• Provide finance and budget administration support including budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Research and identify relevant training programmes to support L&D initiatives.
• Analyze data and present insights using Excel and Power BI (charts, graphs, dashboards).
• Support planning and implementation of L&D and employee well-being initiatives.
• Design EDM materials and assist with email publicity for training events and engagement.

Job description

• Location: Novena
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary:Up to $4,800 per month
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform operational and administrative duties, including maintaining and updating learning and competency-related records in Workday.
• Provide finance and budget administration support, including budget tracking, preparation of supporting documents, invoice processing and follow-up, and sponsorship and scholarship billing.
• Conduct research and desktop scans on relevant training programmes and courses to support learning and development initiatives.
• Analyse raw data and present insights through visual representations using Excel and Power BI, including charts, graphs and interactive dashboards.
• Support the planning, coordination and implementation of Learning & Development and employee well-being initiatives and projects.
• Design Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) materials and support email publicity to promote training programmes, events and employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in learning and/or competency development would be an advantage.
• Prior experience in the public sector and/or familiarity with Workday is a plus.
