Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Learning & Development professional to oversee learning and competency records in Workday, manage budget-related activities, and research relevant training programmes.

You will analyse data with Excel and Power BI, plan and coordinate L&D initiatives, and support EDM design and publicity, with a 12-month contract and immediate start.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business, L&D or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Learning & Development and/or competency development preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and Canva.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Workday familiarity, Report Writer preferred (public sector experience a plus).

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee learning and competency records in Workday and related administrative processes.
• Manage finance-related activities, including budget tracking, invoice processing, supporting documents, and sponsorship and scholarship billings.
• Conduct research on relevant training programmes and courses.
• Analyse data and develop reports, charts and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Plan, coordinate and implement Learning & Development and well-being initiatives, including EDM design and publicity.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in Learning & Development and/or competency development preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Canva.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes within tight timelines.
• Public sector experience and familiarity with Workday, particularly Report Writer, preferred.

Duration/Working Hours:

12 months (Immediate)

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

(with one hour lunch break)
