in Singapore is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, strengthen policies, and support a growing workforce within a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle establishment. You will lead HR activities from recruitment and payroll to employee relations, policy development, and compliance with Singapore law, collaborating with department heads to drive efficiency and people development.

Qualificações

• Qualified with Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Hands-on in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management and employee administration.
• Develop, implement and improve HR policies, employee handbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage performance appraisals, compensation structures, employee grading and incentive schemes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF contributions, work pass requirements, IR8A and IR21.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment activities to meet departmental manpower requirements.
• Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations.
• Work closely with department heads and management on HR-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and operational efficiency.
