Job summary

THIS HUMID HOUSE PTE LTD- in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations within a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle establishment. You will drive recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management and staff administration to support a growing workforce.

You will develop HR policies and SOPs, manage performance appraisals, compensation structures and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF contributions

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and local HR practices.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration.
• Experience in performance management, compensation planning and HR policy development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management and employee administration.
• Develop, implement and improve HR policies, employee handbooks and SOPs.
• Manage performance appraisals, compensation structures, employee grading and incentive schemes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF contributions, work pass requirements, IR8A and IR21.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment activities to meet manpower requirements.
• Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations.
• Work with department heads on HR-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, strengthen HR policies and processes, and support our growing workforce.

Job Responsibilities：

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management and employee administration.

Job Requirements：

Working Arrangements：

• 5 working days per week.
• 9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour meal break.
• Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore.
