Job summary

TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager (HR) in Singapore to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and training.

You will collaborate with department heads to drive performance improvements and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Leverage expertise in learning & development and employee engagement to implement HR strategies, monitor metrics, and foster an inclusive, productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Strong in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience in learning and development and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and internal policies.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs and engagement initiatives.
