Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring of local and foreign workers, including work pass applications and renewals.
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits, leave administration, and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and work pass requirements in Singapore.
• Manage employee contracts, staff records, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Coordinate workforce planning, worker accommodation, and HR administrative matters to support construction project operations.
