Job summary

JLZ Construction is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager in Singapore to lead human resources, payroll, work pass matters, and employee relations on site. You will ensure regulatory compliance with MOM requirements and manage foreign-worker administration while aligning HR processes with project needs.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or Business, has 5–8 years in HR/Administration, and can work independently in a fast-paced construction environment, including

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR & Administration experience, preferably within the Singapore construction, civil engineering, engineering sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR & Admin Manager / HR/admin leadership position is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
• Practical experience in foreign-worker administration and Work Pass matters.
• Experience in payroll, CPF, HRIS and employee records management.
• Good understanding of employee relations, disciplinary procedures and performance management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience dealing with both office employees and construction/site workers is highly preferred.
• Preferred will be given if can handle Bengali speaking workers.
