Job summary

MINISTRY OF HOUSING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Singapore to lead day-to-day HR operations, oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and drive people initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

You will manage benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and employee relations while fostering a professional and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in HR managerial roles.
• Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in service industries is a plus.

Requirements
