Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources, admin and people strategies in Singapore. The role partners with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and growth.

You hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 10+ years of progressive HR experience including senior leadership, and strong recruitment expertise across IT/engineering sectors. Fluency in English and Mandarin is valued to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience, especially for senior-level positions.
• Experience in IT, engineering, manufacturing or technology industries is highly preferred.
• Experience in transformation, restructuring and HR system setup.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• MBA, CIPD, SHRM or related certification is advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Lead office administration, facilities, vendor management and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Manage, mentor and develop the HR & Admin team, setting clear KPIs and accountability.

• Experience in organisational transformation, restructuring, business scaling or HR system setup.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic, business-minded and hands-on with strong execution capability.
• Experience supporting fast-paced or complex business environments.
• MBA, CIPD, SHRM or related certification will be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
