Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive/Assistant Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations by ensuring effective HR practices, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, employment offers, and onboarding.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and other employment-related matters with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission for payroll processing.
  • Administer employee leave, attendance, medical benefits, insurance, and other employee welfare programmes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Support performance appraisal exercises, employee engagement activities, training, and talent development initiatives.
  • Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, counselling, and provide HR advisory support to management.
  • Review, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Liaise with government agencies, auditors, recruitment agencies, training providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5years of relevant HR and Administration experience, certified IHRP-CP preferred. Direct experience in engineering and construction sector will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems like Times Software systems is required.
  • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
Location:

Penjuru Road (Jurong)

Working Hours: 5-day work-week (Monday to Friday)
