Job summary

swee leong development pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage a broad range of HR activities in Singapore. You will handle recruitment, staff relations and policy advisory, ensuring compliant HR practices across the organization.

The role also covers payroll-related checks, work pass administration, and ongoing policy reviews. You will partner with management to foster employee engagement and deliver ad-hoc HR support as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR with recruitment, employee relations and policy advisory.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and HR compliance.
• Ability to review and maintain HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end recruitment: interview, shortlisting, assessment and onboarding.
• Handle work pass administration, renewals and cancellations.
• Review HR policies and ensure legal compliance across HR practices.
• Assist in payroll record checks and related admin duties.
• Provide staff engagement support and advisory on HR policies.
• Support ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain all HR related policy.
• Posting of recruitment advertisements
• Perform end-to-end recruitment – interview, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
• Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are legal compliance throughout human resource management.
