Job summary

FH UNITED PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to handle the full spectrum of HR and admin support, including recruitment, employee relations, policy advisory, and staff engagement in a dynamic Singapore office.

The role covers policy reviews, recruitment advertising, end-to-end hiring, work pass administration, payroll checks, and ensuring legal compliance across HR practices, with additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain all HR related policy.
• Posting of recruitment advertisements.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment - interview, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
• Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Assist in checking through payroll records.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned.
