Job summary

TAI YONG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and provide administrative support across recruitment, employee relations, and policy advisory services. The role covers policy review, recruitment advertising, and end-to-end hiring processes.

You will handle work pass administration, payroll checks, and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements while taking on ad-hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain all HR related policy.
• Posting of recruitment advertisements.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment – interview, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
• Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Assist in checking through payroll records.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned.
