Job summary

Rapid Scaffolding Engineering PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to lead manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, while reviewing policies and ensuring payroll accuracy.

Role requires coordinating monthly HR reports and ensuring compliance with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and related agencies, with a focus on refining procedures. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required for liaison with internal and external personnel.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of related working experience in HR/management field.
• Diploma or Degree in Management is required.
• Construction sector experience is preferred and can start soon.

• Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of related working experience in related field is required for this position
• Diploma / Degree in Management
• Prefer working experience in Construction field can commence within short period
• Must be bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
