Job summary

MINDEF is seeking an HR Admin liaison to support NSmen and NS management systems in Singapore. The role involves handling queries, coordinating with agencies, and training staff in HR administration for NS units.

You will liaise with stakeholders and manage data across a range of requirements, with the flexibility to respond to varying situations. Applicants with experience are preferred, but those without may apply.

Qualifications

• Education in HR or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years HR Admin experience preferred.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to NSmen queries and feedback.
• Channel complex inquiries to appropriate agencies for resolution.
• Liaise with National Service supporting agencies and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate NS cohesion activities.
• Train personnel to perform HR administration for NS units.
• Manage and process data for a wide range of requirements.
• Deal with difficult and demanding NSmen or NS units.
• Operate independently and respond to different situations.
