Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking an HR professional to join the Learning Programme Development team. You will support capability development through administration and delivery of learning programmes, coordinating with divisions, vendors, and providers, and ensuring governance and compliance.

You will manage registrations, scheduling, LMS records in Workday and LEARN, and generate data insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in learning operations, programme management, HR operations, or training administration.
• Experience administering Workday Learning Module or an LMS (setup, records, reporting, admin).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret learning data for reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Office apps.
• Familiarity with Power BI and dashboard development for reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement of learning programmes and governance.
• Coordinate programme delivery with stakeholders and training providers.
• Administer vendor contracts, payments, and onboarding processes.
• Manage learning records in Workday and LEARN, ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyse learning data and generate management reports and dashboards.
• Support process improvements and learning transformation initiatives.
