Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTAA) is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Programme Manager to join the Academy's Programmes Management team, guiding development and oversight of training interventions for LTA officers and the industry.

You will collaborate with in-house specialists, other public sector bodies, IHLs, professional associations and training providers, and apply data analytics to report training effectiveness and ROI on programmes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a training environment.
• Knowledge of training theory and practice across development, delivery and evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good networking and analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join the programme administration and management team to deliver internal training for LTA staff and industry.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists, public agencies, IHLs and training providers.
• Assist in using data analytics to report training effectiveness and ROI.
• Support management of learning technologies and evolving learning platforms.
