Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) seeks an Assistant/Deputy Manager, Human Resource to join the Learning and Career Development Division. You will drive competency- and career-related initiatives, and help implement a competency-driven career management framework across LTA.

You will work with analytics and AI-enabled tools to assess staff development needs, review frameworks, and design programs that strengthen workforce capabilities while engaging stakeholders at management levels.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in learning, career and competency development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with data to derive insights, present recommendations and support decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Highly adaptable and able to work independently, and deliver quality outcomes within tight timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably familiar with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI; experience with AI-enabled tools would be an advantage.
