Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR professional to join the Learning Programme Development team on a 1-year contract. You will support workforce capability development by administering learning programmes, coordinating procurement, and ensuring governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma level qualifications; tertiary degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in learning operations, programme management, HR operations or related.
• Experience with Workday Learning Module or similar LMS setup, records, reporting and admin functions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data and generate reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and deliver learning programmes, coordinating with stakeholders and training providers.
• Manage end-to-end procurement of learning programmes, vendor contracts and payments, ensuring governance compliance.
• Oversee programme registration, scheduling, and communications; maintain training records and onboarding learning.
• Handle roll-out of e-learning modules and identify mandatory modules for compliance.
