Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager, Human Resource for a 1-year contract in the Learning and Career Development Division. You will drive competency- and career-related initiatives, implement frameworks, and leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify staff development needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in learning, career and competency development.
• Experience in competency frameworks and career development programmes is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to developing organisational capabilities by driving competency- and career-related initiatives across LTA.
• Support development, review and implementation of competency frameworks and learning programmes.
• Analyse staff developmental needs using data, analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to review and enhance competency frameworks.
• Design and implement competency- and career development initiatives to close gaps.
