Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites applications for an Assistant / Deputy Manager, Human Resource (1-Year Contract) to join the Learning and Career Development Division. You will drive competency- and career-related initiatives, implement competency frameworks, and develop data-driven insights to close workforce gaps.

You will collaborate with business units and stakeholders, leveraging AI-enabled tools to sustain capability development and change management across LTA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in learning, career and competency development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing organisational capabilities by driving competency- and career-related initiatives.
• Support development, review and implementation of competency frameworks and learning programmes.
• Utilise data, analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify developmental needs of staff.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to strengthen workforce capabilities.
