Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy / Assistant Manager in Human Resources (Talent Attraction). The role covers sourcing, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating offers to candidates.

You will also lead outreach efforts, including career talks and recruitment engagement activities at all levels. The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a proactive,

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Demonstrated skills in writing, communication and interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrated skills in analysis and critical thinking.
Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and drive to excel.
Independent, able to work in a team and highly self-motivated.
Familiar with Workday would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, coordinating and conducting interviews.
Facilitate offers to successful candidates.
Support talent attraction and outreach efforts by conducting career talks and recruitment engagement activities.
