Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• At least 2 years in learning, career and competency development.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS (Workday) and data viz tools (Tableau/Power BI).

• Lead data-driven insights to identify staff development needs and actions.
