Job summary

The International French School (Singapore) is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team immediately for a 6-month period in Singapore. This role offers practical experience across HR functions, supporting daily operations and learning through real-world HR activities.

You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR records management, training support, and HR projects, while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HR, Business, Management or related studies.
• Proactive, reliable, curious, and a good team player eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Recruitment: post job openings, organize resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support New Employee Onboarding: prepare welcome materials and paperwork.
• Maintain HR Records: update employee files in HR systems (digital and physical).
• Support Training and Development: help set up training catalog and improve processes.
• Help with HR Projects: assist with special HR initiatives as needed.
• Provide General HR Support: day-to-day HR tasks to keep the department running.
