Job summary

The International French School (Singapore) is offering a full-time HR Intern position in Singapore for a 6-month duration with an immediate start. You will gain practical experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR records, training, and projects while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing HR, business, or management studies, with strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in HR, business, management or related studies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, curious and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment Efforts: post job openings online, organize resumes, schedule interviews.
• Assist with New Employee Onboarding: prepare welcome materials and organize paperwork.
• Maintain HR Records: update and organize employee files in HR systems.
• Support Training and Development: help set up training catalog and improve processes.
• Help with HR Projects: assist with special HR initiatives.
• Provide General HR Support: day-to-day tasks for HR department.
