Job summary

iFAST Corporation invites final-year students to join our Human Resources team in Singapore for a 6-month internship. Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and regional compliance.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, statutory processes with MOM, and various HR projects in a dynamic, multicultural environment. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office are valued.

Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related discipline; graduating 2026/2027.
• Commitment to a full-time, 6-month internship.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt to HRIS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment pipelines: posting ads, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules.
• Support onboarding: preparing contracts, background checks, first-day schedules; maintain records.
• Assist with MOM work pass applications/ renewals and benefits administration.
• Participate in ad-hoc regional HR projects and policy/process improvements.
