Job summary

Skillsforce Management Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern / HR Assistant to gain hands-on experience while studying. You will support standard HR processes and learn how an HR function operates within a consultancy environment.

Based at Beach Road, Singapore, this internship/part-time role offers exposure to contracts, onboarding and employee records, with regular hours from 8am to 5pm and a practical pathway to develop organisational and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to a regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track employment contracts and staff records
• Prepare and issue employment-related letters and documents
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support day-to-day HR administrative functions
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other ad hoc HR duties
