Job summary

InternSG is seeking an HR & Recruitment Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities. The role involves recruitment end-to-end, onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining employee records across multiple outlets and departments.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of HR/recruitment experience in fast-paced industries (F&B, hospitality, retail). Strong organisation, confidentiality and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR or recruitment experience in fast-paced industries.
• Experience in onboarding, employee records management and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Singapore MOM requirements is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and follow-up.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders; prepare candidate profiles and summaries.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure documentation is complete before commencement.
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical), ensure accuracy, confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Support HRIS and payroll systems administration; prepare HR and manpower reports for management review.
• Highlight and escalate missing documents or discrepancies to HR Manager; ensure compliance with company policies.
