You will work with our HR team to ensure smooth operations, maintain confidential records, and participate in projects like training and diversity initiatives, with mentorship and flexible scheduling to fit academic commitments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required, but internship or office experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials and assist with orientation.
• Record Keeping: Maintain employee records with confidentiality.
• Employee Engagement: Organize events, team-building activities, wellness initiatives.
• Administrative Tasks: Draft HR documents and manage HR emails.
• Research: Study HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
• HR Projects: Support ad-hoc projects such as performance reviews, training, or diversity initiatives.
