Job summary

SHILLA TRAVEL RETAIL is seeking an HR assistant to help with Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll & Administration for our retail teams. You will handle inquiries, assist with engagement initiatives, and help keep HR processes smooth.

You will assist with posting jobs, screening candidates, preparing salary proposals for new hires, and maintaining accurate payroll records in GHR, under guidance of the HR team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or Administration.
• Able to multi tasks and has good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee enquiries and HR-related matters.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations for the retail function.
• Assist with HR letters and other HR documentation.
• Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
• Prepare salary proposals for newly hired Retail Employees.
• Assist with payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, OT, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave and employee claims.
• Maintain and update employee records in GHR.
