Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process for interns, including posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and preparing offer documents.
  • Assist with student internship recruitment through job portals, schools, and internship fairs.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates have a smooth, professional experience.
  • Support onboarding matters, including contracts, orientation, data verification, and personnel file creation.
  • Maintain accurate employee and intern files and HR data.
  • Assist with monthly payroll updates by adding/removing staff and interns.
  • Support exit processes, including clearance documents and attendance updates.
  • Administer the e-leave system, government grants, and claims.
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

Are you interested in learning how Human Resource works behind the scenes? This internship gives you hands‑on exposure to the full employee and intern journey – from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, employee records, leave administration, and exit processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting the recruitment process for interns, including posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and preparing offer documents.
  • Helping with student internship recruitment through job portals, schools, and internship fairs.
  • Coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates have a smooth and professional experience.
  • Supporting onboarding matters, including contract preparation, new hire orientation, first‑day logistics, data verification, and personnel file creation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee and intern files, records, and HR data.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll updates by adding new staff and interns and removing those who have left.
  • Supporting exit processes, including clearance documents, handover coordination, and attendance system updates.
  • Administering the e‑leave system, government grants, and claims.
  • Providing general HR administrative support where needed.

  • Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, interns, schools, and vendors.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills when working with staff, management, and candidates.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information with care.
