Job summary

Shilla Travel Retail Pte Ltd is offering an HR internship in Singapore to support Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll & Administration functions. You will assist with enquiries, postings, screenings, payroll processing, and maintaining records under guidance.

The role requires a minimum 6-month commitment, a Diploma in HRM or Administration, and strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Candidates should be able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Minimum a Diploma in HRM or Administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and has good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee enquiries and HR-related matters.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations for the retail function.
• Assist with HR letters and other HR documentation.
• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Support candidate screening, interview arrangements and follow ups.
• Assist with recruitment administration.
• Prepare salary proposals for newly hired Retail Employees.
• Assist with payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, OT, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave and employee claims.
• Support the preparation of payroll reports and brand billing.
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee and payroll records.
• Ensure employee data accuracy and process control improvements
• Maintain and update employee records in GHR.
• Any other HR duties as assigned.
