Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Singapore invites University students to join our People team as HR interns, gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, talent management and onboarding within a global business.

You'll support cross-country APAC activities, assist with materials, reports and presentations, and help develop HR dashboards and communications while exploring AI and digital HR solutions. This internship offers meaningful work and learning from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with data and preparing reports or presentation materials.
• Able to work independently and willing to learn.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior HR internship or project experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support coordinating HR activities across APAC countries and functions.
• Assist with preparing materials, reports and presentations for discussions.
• Gather workforce information to support HR planning and decision-making.
• Conduct research on HR practices and market trends in APAC.
• Support employee lifecycle activities and respond to enquiries.
• Assist in updating HR policies, procedures and docs.
• Explore AI and digital HR tools to improve efficiency and experience.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics.
