Rapsodo, Inc. is offering a broad HR internship in Singapore, providing exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations across our global offices.

You will collaborate with teams across cultures and locations, gaining hands-on experience in projects that connect people to business goals. You will contribute to employer branding, communications and initiatives that enhance the employee experience while learning practical HR workflows, analytics, and evolving tools

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Sport Science & Management, Sport Management, Sociology, Anthropology, Communications, Marketing or related Social Sciences.
• Genuine sports enthusiast with interest in sport, athletes and sports technology.
• Curious about people, cultures and organisations—seeks to understand different perspectives.
• Very hands-on with a strong sense of ownership; ready to roll up sleeves.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communicator across audiences; able to translate ideas clearly.
• Enjoys collaborating with people across functions, cultures and locations.
• Organised and dependable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment coordination, onboarding and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Work with different members of the HR team and gain exposure to the function.
• Support initiatives involving employees and managers across Rapsodo.
• Develop an understanding of how HR priorities connect to organisational needs.
• Contribute to people projects supporting culture, employee experience and priorities.
• Help develop internal communications, campaigns and materials.
• Support employer-branding activities, content and storytelling about life at Rapsodo.
• Coordinate with colleagues across functions and countries to bring initiatives to life.
• Support activities and programmes that engage employees across the organisation.
• Gain exposure to AI, automation and emerging tools in HR.
