• Execute service delivery tasks within the region across engine teams or service lines.
• Prioritize tasks based on safety, contractual obligations, and availability.
• Support EIS activities to ensure fleet readiness.
• Contribute to customer account meetings with standardised content.
• Interact in a customer-facing capacity without direct customer alignment.
