Job summary

Rapsodo PTE. LTD. is seeking a People Projects Intern to join our HR Team for a minimum six-month, full-time internship in Singapore.

You will gain broad exposure to HR across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, communications and HR operations, while contributing to people projects that enhance culture and employee experience. You will collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries, exploring AI, automation and new workflows to improve how we work.

Qualifications

• Minimum six-month full-time internship.
• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Sport Science & Management, Sport Management, Sociology, Anthropology, Communications, Marketing or related Social Sciences.
• Genuine sports enthusiasm and interest in sport, athletes and sports technology.

Responsibilities

• Support work across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to people projects involving culture, employee experience and organisational priorities.
• Develop internal communications, campaigns and materials that are clear and engaging.
• Coordinate with colleagues across functions and countries to bring initiatives to life.
• Assist in HR operations: maintain accurate employee information and documentation.
