Rolls-Royce internship in Tukang, Singapore offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR initiatives, supporting regional operations and talent projects within APAC. You’ll work with our People team on employee lifecycle activities, dashboards, and research, while learning from experienced colleagues in a global company.

Ideal candidates are university students in HR, Psychology, Social Science, Communications or Business, proficient with MS Office, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• University students studying a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Communications, Business or related disciplines
• Comfortable working with data and preparing reports or presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsabilités

• Co-ordinating HR activities and initiatives across APAC
• Preparing materials, reports and presentations for discussions
• Gathering workforce information to support HR planning
• Researching HR practices and market developments in APAC
• Supporting employee lifecycle activities and responding to inquiries
• Updating HR policies and documentation
• Exploring AI and digital solutions to streamline HR processes
• Maintaining HR dashboards, analytics and reporting tools
• Drafting HR announcements and communications
