Rolls-Royce in Singapore invites you to join our internship program in HR and Compliance within a dynamic APAC environment. You will support delivery of people engagement initiatives, internal communications, and compliance programmes that promote ethics and integrity, gaining hands-on experience across corporate functions that support employee wellbeing and values.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to meaningful projects, develop practical skills in HR operations,

Qualifications

• University student pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related fields.
• Interest in people engagement and fostering an ethical workplace culture.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organised with solid project management ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Support APAC People Partner in delivering HR initiatives.
• Assist in organising People-related events and activities.
• Prepare internal HR communications and presentations.
• Assist with HR data analysis and reporting.
• Support regional ethics and compliance communications.
• Assist with data privacy assurance and reporting using risk tools.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
