Job summary

Arts House Group in Singapore is seeking an HR Intern to support various HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for students pursuing Human Resource Management and offers hands-on experience and opportunity to develop key skills.

You will assist with recruitment processes, manage onboarding materials, implement employee engagement initiatives, and support training programs. The internship will last for 6 months from June to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Students majoring in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions.
• Assist with managing both Recruitment portal (Job Street, LinkedIn etc.) & school career portal (Local education institutions).

Learning & Development

• Register employees for training programs and workshops.

Employee Engagement

• Implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Craft HR announcements, birthday wishes, and other communications.
• Conduct research and analysis for HR projects, including developing AHL’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Plan and execute company-wide events, such as bonding activities and wellness workshops.
• Create initial content for HR eDMs.
