Qualifications

• Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a business or HR-related qualification.
• Experience with recruitment support is desirable.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination.
• Assist with joiners, leavers, and employee records.
• Contribute to HR projects and data collation for reports.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and handle basic HR queries.

TEAM STRUCTURE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in delivering high-quality HR within a professional services environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations across the employee lifecycle and the opportunity to learn from an experienced HR team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including joiners, leavers and employee records.
• Assist with HR projects, data collation and preparation of reports.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation in HR systems.
• Handle basic HR queries and escalat e matters appropriately.
