Job summary

You will coordinate onboarding, prepare employment documents, and support daily HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes. The role also involves handling ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager, contributing to a compliant HR function.

• Manage the electronic filing of confidential personnel (P&C) documents, ensuring proper organisation and confidentiality.
