Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive to support end-to-end HR processes in Singapore. This entry-level role welcomes candidates with up to 2 years HR experience and a diploma or degree in HRM or business administration.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee records, ensuring compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR Management or related field.
• No experience required; up to 2 years in HR is welcome.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, or lifecycle management is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HR systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and record-management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation and data management

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, reference checks.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases.
• Administer employee lifecycle: confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations.
• Support HR system updates and data accuracy.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Administer leave, attendance, claims, and benefits.
• Respond to HR policy, payroll, and benefits inquiries.
• Support engagement activities and employee relations.
• Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisals.
• Arrange training registrations and maintain training records.
• Ensure HR practices comply with policies and Singapore regulations.
