AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is recruiting a perm HR Generalist to support our Singapore office with end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, onboarding and offboarding. The role requires a degree, at least 3 years HR experience, strong confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while delivering accurate advisory services and timely HR admin support for staff and management.

Qualificações

• Degree or above
• At least 3 years HR experience required
• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Able to work independently
• Possesses good communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting
• End to end recruitment process.
• Assist in payroll process management and liaise with outsourced payroll vendors
• Provide advisory to members of Singapore office
• Participate in the churning of year end reports
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding for Singapore
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Assist in L&D duties
• Ensure timely processing, notification and acknowledgement of leavers cessation
• Assist in managing P files and other HR admin matters
• Ad-hoc duties
