Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records in Singapore.

You will coordinate onboarding, administer leave and benefits, and ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in HRM or related field; no experience required (up to 2 years in HR welcome); training and career growth provided.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• No experience required; welcome candidates with up to 2 years in a full-spectrum HR role.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, lifecycle management, or HR operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HR systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including postings, screening, interviews, and references.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and HR correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases.
• Administer employee lifecycle activities: confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations.
