Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking an HR Generalist for a 1-year contract in North Singapore. The role covers L&D, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and benefits, with office hours on weekdays. You will handle end-to-end HR processes and support ongoing HR projects.

You will post jobs on portals like iCIMS and LinkedIn, screen resumes, conduct interviews, prepare offers, and manage new hire onboarding and documentation. Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration or other related fields
• Experience working in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Familiar with local employment law

Responsibilities

• Assist in all employee engagement activities and projects (Recreation activities, year end dinner etc.)
• Provide Recruitment support: Job posting in career portals (iCIMS, LinkedIn etc.), Initial screening of resumes, Scheduling and interviewing candidates, Onboarding (Preparation of offer letter, close job and create employee database etc.)
• Liaise with new hires on pre-employment medical examination and collecting documents for p-files, payroll etc.
• Follow up on New Hire preparation in SharePoint to activate relevant departments
• Uploading new staff announcement in Intranet; arranging and conducting first day and quarterly orientations
• Work pass applications and renewals as applicable
• Administer payroll by furnishing payroll inputs to outsource vendors and verify payroll details
• Administer termination of employment activities and exit processes
• Manage HRIS systems and physical personnel files
• Provide HR administration support such as processing invoices and benefits administration
• Coordinate quarterly staff meetings and vendor management
